With our experience we can file applications, draft and negotiate tax abatement, value limitation, and industrial district agreements. We build relationships and work for our clients to secure their partnerships and obtain approvals from governmental entities in Texas.   

Tax-Exempt Organizations

We advise public charities, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, corporations, individuals, and private foundations on entity formation, maintaining tax-exempt status, and governance issues.

Immigration Law and Policy

Our attorneys represent corporations and employers seeking counsel related to United States immigration law and policy. Our previous work includes advocacy before the Courts, Congress, and The White House with Amicus briefs, prepared testimony, and proposed statutory changes with new legislation.  Also, we represent individuals seeking assistance with immigrant and non-immigrant visas, including persons impacted by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

Corporate

We represent companies of all sizes and have direct, previous in-house experience as counsel on transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business restructuring, license, franchise, supply, and master lease agreements.  Our experience also includes contract negotiation and drafting, counseling senior business development and corporate executive teams on governance, compliance, and employment matters.

Project Development

Our project practice centers on the development of business and infrastructure projects in the United States and abroad at major sporting facilities, airports, and additional venues, whether in new growth, expansion, or existing operation.  We work with clients to address negotiation and agreement drafting with additional parties including governmental and intergovernmental agreements, initial structuring and restructuring of organizational documents, and other special project services.
